Final Exhibition Reflection
The linear landscape project was assigned to us in September, which feels like a long time ago. The main goal for this project was to be able to use the six different line equations for one project. We had been studying these equations for a little while, and so Effi decided to test our skill. We needed to draw a picture that had many different lines and some more requirements. I decided to do a mountain/forest scene with a bear and trees. Some of the challenge extensions that I did was hyperbolas of the tree trunk, the sun rays and some others. I learned how to apply the different line equations that we had been learning. If I were to do this project again, I would probably do a different picture. I had missed two days of major project work time because of a birthday present, so I was more behind than everyone else. So I needed to rush a little more, and wasn't able to refine the picture as much as I wanted to.
If I were to exhibit this project again, I think that I would have a more creative, intriguing poster and also practice my speech a little more so it sounded more professional. For the future, I see that my math strength is being able to grasp the concepts of what ever we are learning. My weaknesses are my ability to take the tests. I have never gotten a great score on any test, so I am trying to work on bettering my testing abilities. I am really looking forward for math next year, because I actually understand some of the pre-calc added math, so I am getting excited.

Project Relfection
1. The project that I chose was the Linear Landscape Project, all the way from the beginning of the year.
2. This project represents the graphing that we have learned about, the six different ways of writing the line equations. For the project, we needed to draw a picture on a grid and then find all the equations for each point. This was when we were first learning about graphing and then we needed to apply it.
3. The biggest thing that I learned was how to apply the equations to a more 'real life' situation. If I ever need to draw a picture and find the equations for them. Actually, this was more of an artistic math project then I had been expecting, and I really liked it. When the project was first introduced, I wasn't actually here but at a concert. So I had less time than everyone else. I decided to ask my tutor for help, and after I figured out my drawing, it just came together.

Semester Exam Project
1) What did you think of the last project?
I really liked this project because it was nice to see what could possibly be tested on the final but we got to create them ourselves. Then we got the chance to choose what could be placed into the test.
2) How are you going to study for the exam?
I have obtained a tutor for the past few month, Kristi Goode, and she is going to help me prep for the tests. I meet with her every Monday, so then I can go over all the things that I need to go over for the final part one and part two. Lauren has made a different study sheet that
3) General reflection about the semester: How did it go, what are your strengths and weaknesses related to working and understanding the content in Algebra II?
The semester was actually not that stressful as I had been thinking it would be. I have gotten all my internship stuff figured out, my grades are good and I haven't had a complete mental break down yet. But I have heard the next semester is going to be a little rough, with the internship actually happening.
